Megha Davalath
Founder
Megha is an animation executive bridging art and technology in real-time and founded FableLight Animation, where she serves as CEO. Her feature credits from DreamWorks Animation include Kung Fu Panda 3, Monkeys of Mumbai, Trolls, and How to Train Your Dragon 3, and Me & My Shadow. She's passionate about women in technology, awareness of D&I, and is a SIGGRAPH veteran. In her freetime, she enjoys rooting for the Spurs, travel photography, and making sourdoughs in the kitchen.
Barathy Rangarajan
Founder
Barathy is a seasoned technologist with a passion for enabling creativity through animation and gaming. She is currently a game developer at Ember Lab and comes with experience at feature animation studios, including DreamWorks Animation. Barathy has a history of leading DEI initiatives within studios and in the community. As a huge gamer, she loves to talk all things gaming, and she is deeply committed to promoting more diverse characters and stories in gaming and animation.
Sneha Shukla
Founder
Sneha is currently recruiting for Creative Leadership at Netflix Animation. With a background in Character Effects, she has gained experience at numerous VFX and animation studios. Sneha is deeply passionate about promoting South Asian representation in mainstream media. She enjoys hosting events & panels, loves boxing, and also has a knack for creating healthier Indian food. :)
JayDEEP Hasrajani
Founder
Jaydeep Hasrajani is an animator, designer, storyboard artist and director based in Los Angeles CA. Jaydeep is the creator of Boons And Curses, an original fantasy story inspired by the South Asian myths he grew up listening to. Previously, Jaydeep has worked on The Powerpuff Girls (Cartoon Network), The Fungees (Cartoon Network), and Ghee Happy (Netflix Animation). Outside of work, Jay is on a first-name basis with every coffee shop in LA.
